Angelwitch Nana Plaza Bangkok

By far the best bar in Nana, love the tastefully done shows done to classic rock. I seen more visiting ladies in this bar than any other establishment, I'm talking about tourist. I still have an impression of this place embedded in my mind. Not a sleeze joint by any means, it kind of stands out for its class. Go, you'll have a good time in a relaxed atmosphere without the push. 100% females, Enjoy!

We recently did a bar crawl of Nana Plaza, and Angelwitch was our highlight location of the night. Great music, pretty and friendly girls, and never having been there before, I found the shows really fun any entertaining.

Overall I think the anglewitch is a great place. The show is not much to talk about, its the type of thing you take your girlfriend to see. But the girls a very friendly, and do what they say they are going to do. Some of them are very pretty, my favourite is the one with the hairband. I've just come back from thailand and I miss this place and my three friends from inside. they need a website like spanky's has got next door so i could stay in touch. The next time I'm in thailand I'll be coming back to visit and teach the girls some more rude words in English.

Punters either love or hate Angelwitch. I don't know why some hate it, I personally think it's great. I suspect that some posters aren't exactly what they seem. I can't comment on it ten years ago but I have going there on and off for about 6. It does have a good floor show, with the girls performing various little cabaret shows as they strip or do rude things. The Nuns are a BKK classic. At times this bars has some of the hottest girls in BKK, but like any bar that can go up and down with time. But, what I really like about the place is the music. Not to everyone's taste but they do play proper metal (sometimes and not continuously). Particularly Rammstein. Buy the DJ a drink and you can help pick the music if it isn't too busy. I have never heard them play Angelwitch however....maybe I should take a CD.....I don't find the girls in there as pushy as some other bars in NEP. Overall my favourite Agogo in NEP (although I spend most night in Cowboy), but as I said, some hate it! Go look for yourself.

Yes. Such a brilliant idea was totally destroyed by new owners (I suppose they are british).
I can tell this because I come there every my visit in Bangkok for about 10 years.
And Angel Witch was a symbol of Thailand for me.
Girls (every time I jokely ask big lady boss - which of them is ladyboy? -she became very angry and answear - only girls. I dont beleive her), so girls wear dresses with holes! I think because new owners drink too much and dont have money for new.
Last time I was there in Feb 2010 and sayed to myself -NEWER AGAIN.
Yes, they launched some new program. But he girls seems to be so tired that hardly can move. Not tha fire like before!
Also some proble with stuff - I was sitting about an hour and every time my glass was ended I got a push to my back from barmen - one more? Not polite, isnt it? Every time I had to say to him - when I want Ill tell you. It was very hard to be calm for me.
After I drink 3 glasse I refused to take 1 more - I didnt want to get drunk.
Do U know what happen? first barmen pushed me and asked his usial phrase, then a manager came to me and then the owner came to me and sayed - fuck out - we are not a free museum.

p.s maybe I should kill that bald idiot that cant even handle his business properly and respect people that bring him money? Any ideas?

A bunch of new Showgirls now embellish the Angelwitch stage. Showtime starts at 10:15pm and lasts at least 3 hours. The show must go on!

Still the best choreography in Bangkok and still some showing. Its just not what it was though and the format is starting to look very tired. Still decent for one visit or taking newbies to bangkok.

Still the best shows in Nana and maybe in Bangkok too. Doesnt have much repeat custom as the shows are tame compared to our gogo bars and tend to be the same ones for weeks on end. However if you are a first time visitor to Nana Plaza a visit to Angelwitch at least once is a must.

Also good place to take a teerak or to take friends visiting Bangkok.
